Sam Roberts will be stopping by WYEP on Thursday, September 29 for a live in-studio performance and interview. Tune in to 91.3fm or stream on-line at wyep.org at 1pm. He’ll be performing with his band later that night at Mr. Small’s Theatre.

The Seattle band Motopony will stop by WYEP on Friday, September 16 for a 1:15pm live performance and interview with Midday Host Mike Sauter.

And, on Tuesday, September 20, make sure you’re listening to 91.3fm at 1pm as Morning Host Cindy Howes interviews singer-songwriter Mason Jennings (a former Pittsburgher!).

Both performances will also be streaming live on our website at wyep.org.

Tomorrow (Friday, August 26) tune in to 91.3fm or wyep.org at 3pm for a live performance and interview with the David Wax Museum. They’ll be performing a 7pm show as part of our Final Friday series at Schenley Plaza.

This Thursday, August 4, on the Afternoon Mix, Rosemary Welsch will have an interview with Bettye LaVette and a preview of Bettye’s performance at this year’s Flood City Music Festival in Johnstown.

Scott & Seth Avett will peform live on WYEP this Friday, May 27 at Noon. Tune in to 91.3fm to hear music and conversation with The Avett Brothers. They’re performing at Stage AE later that evening with Nicole Atkins opening.

91.3fm will be broadcasting live from Art All Night this Saturday, April 30, from 5pm – midnight. Listen live at wyep.org or stop by the WYEP table at the event.

Unfortunately, Jackie Greene has been forced to cancel his on-air performance that was scheduled to take place tomorrow, April 26. His evening concert at the Altar Bar is NOT affected. UPDATE – His show at Altar HAS NOW BEEN CANCELLED.

We’ll unveil the lineup of this year’s Three Rivers Arts Festival on Monday, April 25. Tune in to 91.3fm or listen online at wyep.org (starting with the Morning Mix with Cindy Howes) as we announce a different TRAF artist each hour and play a song from their catalog.
