Frank at Coachella
Well, just about ready to pack the bags for California. Since I last posted, Goldfrapp and Prince have been added to the line-up while unfortunately Madness is no longer playing.
Now, we’re just waiting for the set times to be posted for each band so I can begin to plan my days around who I want to see. Conflicts will no doubt arise. The major one for me so far is that Prince is now the Saturday headliner, taking that away from Kraftwerk and Portishead, two bands I was looking to hear at the festival. I’m hoping they follow each other on the main stage as opposed to playing at the same time on the secondary stage.
As for the other acts, which I’ve not heard, I’ve been surfing their websites and myspace pages to get a feel for their sounds, so when the schedule is announced I can make my plans. I gotta go now and get some sunscreen.
